Who is responsible?

  • Lawfulness of the processing: apart from technical (or necessary) cookies, the lawful basis of the processing is the consent of the data subject given through the access banner and settings enabled through the Settings Panel (in compliance with Article 6.1.a) GDPR). For technical (or necessary) cookies, the lawful basis is the legitimate interest of the data controller (in compliance with Article 6.1.f) GDPR).
