It is a real pleasure for Quibim to announce the release of Precision 2.0. On this new version, we have focused on improving its performance, making it more powerful and user friendly. Keep reading to know how we did it…

After months of thinking and developing based on our own learning and all the feedback received from all of you during this time, Quibim has done a full redesign and refactoring of the code, keeping all the features you liked from the previous version but improving them significantly. On this new version, we have focused on making our platform faster, smarter, more secure, powerful and user friendly, which has a great impact on performance and usability.

The first change you will see is in the user settings view. We have listened to your demands to make our structured reports even more customizable. It is now possible to add your company logo in the configuration view that will be applied in the report. You can download it to share with your own customers, but always highlighting your own company.

One of the biggest changes that we have undertaken is the study upload process. It still looks like the previous version, so nothing will look unfamiliar, but encryption data times are no more. It is now possible to add a custom patient code to identify your patients. The speed and robustness of the process has also been significantly improved. You can still enjoy the easy drag and drop method to select files from multiples studies, the previsualization of the images before the upload, the built in anonymizer and all the features that you liked from this process.

The study view has also been modified including new features. The first change is the avaiability to search mesh and radlex terms to tag your studies. This feature gives you the possibility of searching thousands of terms available in the most relevant medical dictionaries. Tagging your studies homogeneously and in a standardized way has never been easier!

Just below the fields to search for mesh and radlex terms, you will see a section that allows to link studies. These links depend on your choice, so you can link studies from the same patient, the same project, or whatever pattern you want to follow.

The last feature on this view is the series thumbnails. Study series entries have been moved from tables to boxes, allowing them to have an image thumbnail that helps you identifying each one.

The DICOM web viewer has also been rewritten to improve its speed, displaying images without the need to wait for the download of the full series. Many new features like smooth polygons, ROIs listing and multiple series visualization have been included to improve productiveness and efficiency.

The analysis view has also been upgraded. Parametric maps can be displayed as a slideshow, structured reports are more customizable than ever, speed has been improved astonishingly… We are sure you will like it!

All these improvements have been implemented to provide you with the best option to include quantitative image analysis into your workflow as easy as possible. Don’t miss it!
